Just to say how much I enjoy looking at my prints that I have bought from you. "A dog is the best medicine" and " Start the day with a wagging tail" are my mantras and they both help me to face each day with a positive attitude. Thank you and keep creating your lovely work

About this dog proverb

I love how each morning my dog is so happy. The simple joy of a new day with its many possibilities and his sheer happiness just to be here to make the most of it. However I feel when I get out of bed, even in the dark cold winter mornings, he reminds me to start my day in a positive frame of mind. Perfect for the home or office.

The print is also available as a greeting card.

Framing

I make custom vintage style frames for my prints. Whenever possible I use reclaimed wood and each frame has its own pattern of knots, dinks, scratches, nail holes, wonky edges and aged patina.

Currently frames are available in reclaimed cedar, hand-painted in Old White chalky matt paint. Frames are approximately 43 x 55 cms and are fitted with crystal clear acrylic ‘glass’. They come ready to hang.

These prints also fit very nicely into standard frames.

Either a 400mm x 500mm size frame with no matt/mount or a standard A3 frame (297mm x 420mm / 11 3/4” x 16 1/2”) with no mount/matt. This would leave less of a border around the image and you would need to trim off some excess paper.

The closest ‘off the shelf’ imperial size frame is 16” x 20” however as this is slightly bigger than the paper, a mount/matt is required. The best aperture size for a mount/matt for this print is 305mm x 430mm (12” x 17”).
